Customer Support Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Email and text message customer support. Our customer support agents work with a variety of different scenarios. Each solar project is unique, and each customer has their own unique needs. 70% of customers talk to our agents before making the commitment to work with us, so you'll have a big impact on the customer experience. This is a fast pace, startup environment. Come be a part of a business that is rapidly changing the solar industry.

Pay: $14 - $16/hr [starting]

Hours: 40/week

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to research and answer customers questions
  • Customer support experience prefered
  • Must be comfortable with basic math and ROI calculations
  • Organized - must be able to manage multiple customers at the same time
  • Type 45+ words per minute
